In the moment, those watching the story were bewildered, shocked, in despair – the hero was just killed. But, they would soon look back in amazement at the perfect timing and events God intended and the victory God accomplished. At the cross, the dilemma of God’s love and God’s justice is finally resolved. That is Good News!
