Angel Tree Ministry

Prison Fellowship’s Angel Tree is a ministry that reaches out to children who carry the heavy burden of the incarceration of their mom or dad. Angel Tree connects us with opportunities to serve families with children whose mom or dad is in prison by buying a gift that these children will receive on behalf of the incarcerated parent. Your simple act of love will give joy to families who might otherwise have little to celebrate, as you show these families the true meaning of Christmas. And while Angel Tree starts with a gift, the it doesn’t end in December. All year, Angel Tree helps to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of these families.

How can you participate? Angel Tree will look very, very different this year. Because of Covid, Prison Fellowship is going virtual, and we will be doing our gift giving ONLINE using FBC’s unique code (1KIW5) to see the children assigned to us. Anyone wishing to provide a gift will go online, choose a child, and pay online ($22). You may sponsor as many as you wish. The child will receive by mail a $20 Walmart gift card, a Christmas card with a message from the prisoner, an evangelism piece, and an opportunity to request and receive a free Bible. What an amazing opportunity to minister to these families in our area.
