FBC Women’s Ministry is partnering with and organization known as Feed My Starving Children MobilePack event hosted in Marshfield. FMSC enables people across the United States to pack life-giving MannaPack™ meals. Churches, businesses, community groups, and schools in 37+ states have hosted these food-packing events as a way to foster teamwork and unity while making a real difference in the fight to prevent and reverse malnutrition. FMSC provides guidance and training that day to show us how to pack and provide meals. Local donors and volunteers engage in powerful meal-packing experiences to improve the lives of malnourished children around the world. Let’s link arms and partner with our community for this unique opportunity.
On Saturday, April 13 meet at FBC at 9 AM to caravan together to the MobilePack Location in Marshfield. After working shoulder-to-shoulder to pack for our shift from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM, join us for for a casual lunch at Culvers in Marshfield before heading back to Medford.
This event is for FBC women of all ages including children (boy or girl) age 5 and up when accompanied by an adult. FBC Women’s Ministry has reserved up to 40 spots for our serving team. The only sign up will be via paper at the FBC Welcome Center starting March 24. Because participants play a key role in hand packing meals together, thank you for your commitment to attend if you sign up.
